Rubber mats for tool boxes would work. Or if you have any old car floor mats you can cut to fit. Tool box mats should be available at TSC, Sears, Lowes etc.

As I said before, I wouldn't worry about what it is, just eliminate it it.

I'm not quite sure how you would eliminate any problem when you have not actually determined why the man is getting sick.

If I have a problem I like to test first to determine the correct remedy to eliminate the problem.

Is it NOX, carbon monoxide, adhesives used in the construction of the cab, or is the member just ill?

Putting a cure in place before finding the cause seems to me like putting the cart in front of the horse in my opinion.

Here you go. No batteries, or batteries or 12v lighter plug. I don't think CO is the problem though. See above technical reasons. If it was you would have had the problem this winter.

when i got really sick i did not have both doors off i just had the small windows but i was thinking that the fumes were comming in the front window

i threw the doors on today and turned it on and drove around the yard for about 15 minutes and i started to get a headache. (maybe it was just me getting worryed about getting sick again) But i was driving it yesterday with the doors off and i was fine so its something to do with the fumes.

And i think SkyPup is really onto something on what it is. He seems to really know his stuff

Here is a link to some good information on Diesel emissions. It also has exposure limits to the different constituents listed. CO, NO, NO2 and SO2 are all hazardous to your health.
