Has Mahindra said anything about making the program update available? I'd love to see the bra your talking about.
At this time no. Its being tried on a few troublesome tractors. The results so far are mixed. The Beta software is only showing a slight improvement. Mahindra can't tweek it to much without putting the engine out of EPA specifications for emission compliance. The bottom line is"keep the RPMs up" Don't idle around over long periods.
Are you sure its wet and unburned fuel. The first time I pulled the EGR valve I thought it was wet with fuel too. Further inspection revealed it was just shiny like gloss black paint. It fooled me!:confused3:that's exactly what I figured out to Jabonee... I don't know If I am a firm believer in there keep rpm story. one tractor no longer shows egr codes while the other one has constant issues with mil and check engine light relating to the egr filling with unburned fuel. :banghead:
No one should be surprised with these issues. With this engine design, you should not be idling this tractor. It needs a higher rpm. (Thank you EPA) to run efficient and clean. If it had a DPF a lower idle would get more regens. Hopefully the problems can be worked through. At this time no. Its being tried on a few troublesome tractors. The results so far are mixed.
