Rob,
I have found that it is really only Americans who use dryers much. The rest of the world hangs their clothes to dry. How about hooking up a nice clothes line for Loretta? It was a big change for me when i moved to france with no dryer jsut a washer. But then I got to thinking, you know it is kind of a waste of electric when we have all this sunshine. You know Rob there is nothing wrong with a man hanging out the laundry and taking it in either...
With the guest house on the farm that we rent out for vacation rentals and our condo in Cannes that we rent out for vacation renatals I do quite a bit of laundry so after a couple years here I bought a dryer but I only really use it in the winter and then not even all the time. Take a look at these drying racks which is what 99% of the French use, they don't even need to hang a cloths line Amazon.com: Clotheslines & Drying Racks - Laundry Storage & Organization: Drying Racks, Clotheslines & More
