3rd valve function

I broke off the plastic handle that has the two control buttons for the third function valve on the front loader. I don't consider myself very hard on things and I'm generally very nice to this tractor. It just doesn't seem like this should have broken off (what I consider) so easily.

Has anyone else had this problem?
