Getting closer! Still waiting on floor heat, and water to be hooked up, and that should pretty much do it I think. Except for all the outside dirt work, and tearing down the two buildings that are still here.

Hooked up tunes last night!

One of these in each corner of the shop. Works, not super loud but provides music.

Looking good! Tell me a bit about that SS service sink, if you could. Brand/model/where you got it. That is the type i could use in my shop and I haven't seen it before.

Thanks,
Dave

My builder bought it so I’m not for sure. He buys a bunch of stuff from Home Depot so maybe there?

Thanks. Not Home Depot. Looks like it is a restaurant supply company that makes them. I could find it online easily enough.

Moving the compressor above the bathroom.IMG_2460.JPG
Almost didn’t fit!

Today’s activities are not without incident though! Loader 1/building 0! Hopefully the builder can fix me up. IMG_1890.JPG
That’s how close the other building that we are going to tear down is. I was watching the rear blade, and should have been watching the loader when I was pulling in. Lesson learned. Could have been worse, but certainly could have been avoided as well. I’m just sick about it.

I bought a 3/4” stall mat to help absorb some of the noise from the compressor. What’s everyone’s opinions on screwing the compressor down? If I screw into the bathroom ceiling does that negate any sound proof that the mat provides. The compressor doesn’t vibrate to bad so I’m not worried about it moving. Thoughts?

You're supposed to run into the old building while watching out for the new building!!!! :(

I see no reason to bolt the compressor down.

You lucked out on the height!!!!

If I were doing it, I would add bolts but not tighten them down. Might not make any sense, but I would like to know it's not "walking".
