Tractor
Bobcat Ct 335
Trying to make sure I don’t overlook any 50-70 models in my search. Sold my dk35/ct335 and looking for a larger frame tractor, particularly more clearance in the woods and overall more pulling power, but nothing too big.

Open station or cab. Must have a hydro style reverser, 4x4 and loader optional.

I really got use to the open platform on the ct335, very easy on and off, don’t care much for tractors you sit in vs on.

~25k budget, give or take, obviously used.

Here my list I have going so far. I am Familiar with kubota and kioti as those are the two brands I’ve owned most recently, I really could use a hand with everything else.

kubota m5700 6800 5040 6040 7040
Kioti rx6620 7320
New Holland work master 55 ???
Deere ???
Mahindra ???
Massey ??
Other brands ???

thanks for the help

Id buy a McCormick 70HP with a powershift transmission and lots of farm tractor features the suburban king tractors don’t have. I had a 110HP McCormick and always thought they were genius for offering smaller HP versions.
Even an older smaller Case-IH would be a LOT more tractor.

We use a 100 HP McCormick for making hay and it is one tough tractor, just wish it had a power shuttle.

I had the “Extra Shift” transmission with electronic reverser and loved it. I think they made them all the way down to 70HP

I had my eye on a newer McCormick x4.2 with low hours, not many reviews on them, made by landini, looked to be very well made, it sold a week or two before I was able to get the money from the sale of my tractor, so I never did test drive it. But honestly it looked like allot of tractor for the money. The front axle alone made the kubota look like a toy.

Nice looking tractor Hay Dude
Thanks. I would have kept it, but it was a bit too small and I already had another small tractor.
Another cool feature on McCormicks is they have dual PTOs.
There’s a 540 and a 1000 stub sticking out the back! How cool is that?

That is neat, the one we use for haying only has the one shaft but it does have 540/1000 selection.

Not the best picture, but you can see it.
