This is NOT a complaint about my dealer. My Kubota guy is busy delivering several tractors a week. His work time is always taking one in or moving one out. He is 50 miles from me, and everything was done by email, phone and him coming to me. The same is true for the environ that surrounds his business, so I understand his lack of keyboard time.
With that premise understood, I have found that very few if any dealers stay current with their products or this site.
The knowledge found on this site far surpasses any in-person experience I have ever had from any dealer.
If product improvement is indeed a corporate concern, this site should be mandatory for the RSM's (Regional Sales/Service Reps) to understand the satisfactions and concerns regarding their products. We may be a small genre of tractordom, but it does add up.
And Mr. Short needs to market his modifications![]()
I know plenty of dealers who are on this site on a regular basis.
Some don't comment and others do!
