72 inch Rachet Rake on sale at TSC $199

Neat looking implement...I'd need the 68" rake for my 61" bucket. That would work very nicely for the right of way I maintain.
I looked at the Rachet Rake website and was pleasantly surprised that they are manufactured about 30 miles north of me (Carisle, PA).

Any idea how hard it would be to cut one down to work on a BX23 48" loader?

I took mine out this morning and put it through it's trial run. I say it was well worth the money even at full price. It made short work of stuff that I was dreading having to deal with and actually made it a little fun to do.

Thanks for the tip. I've been waiting for a 20% off coupon and trying to decide between the 72" and the middle-sized RR. This made it a no brainer and much cheaper. I got the last 72 at my local TSC. Now I just have to wait for August for the clay to dry out.

Well got the mod's done to make the Ratchet Rake fit my Kubota LA 463 loader bucket.
The pics are with my tooth bar removed, it has enlongated holes on the mounting bracket,
and if you drill your holes for it correctly, simply loosen the bolts, slide the tooth bar forward and flip it back into the bucket.

With the 5 1/2" extension each side, this will be wider than the wheel base of the Kubota L3400.

Enjoy the pics, I will post more tomorrow using it to remove the ice in my drive way.

Also have some ideas on using it for hooking chains etc. for lifting.

The way I understand it is TSC is discontinuing the 72 inch model , they will still carry the other sizes for now. You will have to call the TSC stores in your area and give them the sku# for the 72 inch. They are not listing it online.
