So similar. But I don't mean in the woods. The yard. I am around 4', some places 5 or more.

Trying to figure out if blowing or picking up in moving is the way. Sounds maybe blowing the easy stuff and carrying the hard stuff. Not sure if that is worth the money to me. The annoying part is driving snow around. When light I can use bucket like a plow and push. But usually push until the tractor stops and pick it up.

I think it'll work fine, but initially a bit slow until you get the snow accumulation under control. I ran a 74" snow blower behind a 30 PTO HP tractor (Deere 4400) in 12-18 inch accumulations with no problems (other then getting covered with snow, since it was an open station tractor)

I use both the loader and blower. When I first bought the blower I didn't use it that much and thought maybe I shouldn't have bought it but I'm really glad I did, what I was afraid to use it for then I blow now without a problem..

Not gable roof.

But now that we know how big each other is. What is the way to go?

I won't live there for a while. So there is no getting the accumalation under control. This is a camp at the moment.

That is the down side of rear, can only lift about 4'? My dad went front hydraulic so he lift it 10', but I don't want to spend the money.

It was clear to the porch on my previous visit

We both have lots of snow, IMO, the loader on one end and the blower on the other combination is tough to beat..

Ya thats what I am thinking. Just wondering if it is really going to change things for me. Really like to find quicker way through roof snow. Maybe just life, and dealing with snow.

My Blizzard will chew through roof snow that is layers thick if I go easy. I think you would find it to be of use to you. If you buy one keep you're eye on weight of the blower, some are much lighter than others, I compared a MK Martin 360lbs and my same size Blizzard is 504lbs...

If you are cutting 5’ deep snow drifts you will want twin augers and go narrower on the blower ie. a little wider than the tires. If you go too big then your little tractor will bog down and you will need to creep along. Powder snow will go great. Wet snow wont blow very well and takes more HP.

I’ve had Argo-Trend and Lucknow brands. You won’t go wrong going heavy duty construction. My Lucknow has 1/2 inch thick auger flights and still looks like new after 30 years.

Id buy a Canadian brand and avoid cheapo Chinese Stuff like the plague...

I don't have much of a problem with drifts, wooded. Plus I am in a 10' ice bowl right now. The only 5' snow I would be moving is roof snow or plow banks.

Yard is around 4' deep, but I keep the areas open that I want early on.
