30+ HP as that is the comon "Break" point for implments.
Get the Hp you can afford, that will give you the most "Capability" for the long term and for you money.
Another thing to consider is GPM hydro flow from the pump. With a Tractor you really have to look beyond your "Current" needs to the possibilities of what might be in your future. hence the more HP you can afford now the happier you will be in the future when you need the additional power.
I made the mistake years ago, bought a Cub Cadet Garden Tractor, cost me 1/2 of what I spent 10 yrs later on my Bota. I kick myself now because for only 1/4 more at the time I could have had a REAL tractor rather than skimping with the Cub....
When I researched buying my tractor, everyone told me the same thing. Get as much HP as you can afford, you may not need it now but there will be a time you WILL need it down the road. 30 hp is what I have in my B7800, and I've had occasion to use ALL of it already a few times. It was as much power I could get with the most Ground clearance, and most hydo flow at the time with local support. 18.5K for Tractor/402 loader/5' LPBH/ 72' LP3pt 2 axis blade. 3 yrs 0% int and just over 500/mo payments.
