Yeah...our weather guessers are predicting a colder and wetter then average winter...but not a lot of snow.
Bummer, isn't it?

is it me...or does COLDER + Wetter = snow?

Well, that's what they said...but PA isn't Idaho...not as cold here on the average. I hope not, but I'm expecting ice storms...just hope we don't get 'em as bad as the southern states have the last few years.

It's been in the 50's around here, only saw ice 1 morning.

We had that crazy October snow, but since then very mild weather.

Yeah...same here. Haven't put the chains on yet, but I doubt I use the tractor much more this year...

I'll get a video when I get some snow...shouldn't be too long now (Shuykill County is looking at 6-8 inches on Wednesday)

ROY: did you ever think of hanging the light from the bottom of the rops? That might avoid it being torn off in the woods. Just a thought.

Yeah, I did think of it. The only downside would be the light blocked from the side (by the ROPS side posts). However, as big as the lamp is...and as much light as it puts out, I doubt that would be a major problem.
Also, since the lamp has a magnetic base, I don't want to hang it upside down.
So, I'm going to try it with the lamp atop the ROPS this winter. That doesn't mean I won't change my mounting before the following winter though.

Thanks for the suggestion!!
