just pull the pin on tilt joint Not recommended.... You can bend the heck out of your 3 pt hitch........
I think that Fallon was talking about the tilt pivot pin that some rear blades have for "ditching". Nothing to actually do with the hitch itself. This will allow the blade to float on an axis and works quite well for people that have that option. Of course the problem with doing that is that it is not a good idea to transport with the pin removed, you then have to get off of the tractor and re-pin the blade to hold it in place.
