Don't think that just because you went up and down the ladder 10 times this morning that on the 11th trip.......it can't kick out on the slimy deck and you could fall and break you arm.
Speaking of ladders. When changing the battery on the clock that hangs ten feet up on the inside of your patio, please be sure you put the battery in the correct way. If not you will have to get the step ladder back out of the shop, carry it sixty feet, set it up, use a drill to take out the screw that goes into the metal to hold the clock up, climb down the ladder balancing the clock and drill, change the battery the correct way, and reverse the process to put the clock back up.

When letting friends or relatives use your backyard to store their boat, because you live so close to the lake..
MAKE SURE it doesnt become "THE" party spot or fix-it shop..
GET YOUR BOAT AND LEAVE.. DROP YOUR BOAT OFF AND LEAVE..
