Advice on 5000 sq ft hobby bldg

Did you pay Morton for the materials and then pay a builder to assemble?

I ordered the building from Morton, Morton delivered the materials, a Morton crew erected the building, and a Morton crew replaced the defective gable truss.
10 years later Morton repainted the roof under warranty also.
Cost of 36' x 48' Morton building was $9,xxx , in 1984.

I would like to have the roof repainted again, but will be 80 in just a few months.
The building will likely not survive after I am gone.
The acreage is now worth far too much for any type of pole barn use.
1 Acre lot = $300K+.

My point was there's no one to point a finger at. Different when the builder is not the supplier.
