In the manual it shows brake and clutch adjustments for each side. I made a tool for making those adjustments with the floorboards removed. I think it's the only way I think it can be done. The tool is also used to adjust the main clutch on the left side.

Interesting. How many hours on it? Why are they selling it?

Ok Bob,

Here I am again with questions and in need of your help.

Here is the scenario.

Sat. I started the dozer to move stump grinding material so the gentlemen could grind further below grade.

I used the dozer for 15-20 min and then parked it. I started fine, just like normal.

Sun. I go to move the rest of the stump material and I turn the key to the 1 position and let the glow plugs cycle. The dozer turns over with plenty of speed but the engine simply wont fire.

There is proper oil level and there is plenty of gas. The air filter is new and unclogged.

The glow plug indicator light on the dash does illuminates wit the key in the 1 position.

Please let me know what to do to start checking the proper things to get it to start.

These do not have a glow plug indicator light unless someone installed it. Technically that light indicates that you are getting excitation current to the alternator fields (it is in that circuit), but most people just refer to it as the "key on" light.
Check all your fuses. Do not use gas at all!

You know what I meant. Fuel. It has plenty of diesel fuel.

I see only a small fuse box above the fuel tank. 5 total fuses? I checked them all. Maybe ill just replace them.

The battery is brand new and again the machine cranks over very very well.

I see diesel fumes out of the exhaust pipe while cranking.
