Question: What is almost as good as seat time on your new tractor?

I ordered my Kubota B7500HST on May 19th. My dealer had to order the tractor and attachments that I wanted, and expected delivery to me on Wednesday May 28th. The tractor didn't come in as scheduled, and delivery was promised for May 30th. When May 30th arrived, the tractor had still not been received. My dealer felt so bad, that he brought out his demo B7500HST and FEL for me to use over the weekend! He then left the tractor with me until he could deliver my tractor on June 6th. In the meantime, I restacked my manure pile, mowed a five acre pasture and a three acre meadow. In all, I got 10.5 hours of seat time on my dealer's tractor.

Answer: Seat time on your dealer's tractor!!!

Some dealers will bend over backward to help. My tractor had to have new glow plugs installed (had the tractor 1 month)... I called the dealer... they came and picked it up, installed the glow plugs and brought it back - no charge (35 miles - 1 way). I will be doing business with them for a while! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
