Blue planes are tracked by satellite and yellow are tracked by radar.

Rare to see ID numbers on the wings anymore. You generally see them on the fuselage. If I recall, the requirement is for the numbers to be 12" high, but older aircraft made before that regulation came into affect might still have smaller numbers on them (something like 2 or 3" tall?)
