The intention of this thread was not to hear about customer service(bad or good) and deals.
Those topics are welcome as long as the true point isn't overlooked.

The intention of this thread...
Point taken but good luck on that note...if there is a tangent (by any stretch of the imagination) a TBN'er will find it...It's just the nature of the beast...!

I gander that at least half the threads in the "related topics" forum have absolutely nothing to do with anything even remotely "related" to tractors or tractor paraphernalia...

Products and services are mutually inclusive things within any purchase. Their products have quality issues, not across the board, but enough to be mentioned publicly. Their service after the fact is inconsistent and suspect. You can judge a company positively when you receive a decent product, free of defect at a decent price, but can only truly understand what kind of company you're dealing with by the way they react to problems. Personally, I am vastly underwhelmed by their reaction. Knowing that Titan's business model is to buy stock sight unseen from Alibaba tells a vivid story in and of itself.

Nope, can't fault them for that at all, but can fault them for being dishonest about it, and I will.

J., how are they being dishonest?

Buy your own container ship load and sell them to us at a lower price. If you look at the min qtys on those sites they are 50 or 100. It takes capitol to make money. It's America, love it or leave it.

I'd be really interested in seeing any dishonesty too.

So your intention was to give the company a bad name or pass judgment because they import parts from china or whatever? Looks like your trolling to me you asked where they were made and posted obvious evidence they are imported so I really don't see the purpose of your post seems like you answered your own question!

I think something you guys are over looking is I'm sure it costs them to have these grapples shipped to them and they do offer free shipping but they have to pay something which I assume would be atleast 100-150 bucks to freight these so its not like they are making any kind of killing profit wise on these! I've ordered forks from titan and a ssqa plate and both were shipped fast and I had a missing latch on the forks that was replaced as soon as I emailed them. My experiences have been good with titan and I would do business again!

Then its not really free shipping is it? You are paying the cost for it to shipped to them from china, then they ship it to you for "free".
I would rather pay for quality and shipping, not to mention support our economy! Its not always cheaper when you have to replace it rather then buy a product that will last a lifetime!

And to all the people that buy stuff overseas without (I have stuff from over seas, but if there is a local option I spend the money) thinking twice, that is your choice. This is America and you can do what you want here, let's just hope our economy can hold up so you can continue to have these choices!

Not at all. Why would discussing the truth/reality give anyone a bad name? Has any judgement been passed on my part?
I don't think "parts" importing was brought up either.
Someone's quick to judge, eh?

I guess I just got lucky, I have Titan forks and they fit perfectly. I have used & abused them pretty hard over the last year and haven't bent anything yet. Very satisfied with them. :confused3:
