I did contact the BBB and Attorney General's Office in both states with a copy of the warranty to solve this problem I had with a dealer. I appreciate all the help and suggestions on how to handle my problem. Thank you all for helping me.

You might want to re-consider the posting of all your telephone numbers. An alternative might be to ask people to PM you if they are interested in this information. Thanks for the info... I did edit and take all but one number off line. If it presents a problem with number posted it would do the same anywhere else. It (xxx-xxx-xxxx) is public info in the phone book. The others are not. Thanks for the heads up on editing posts.
