My only point is I wouldn't spend money for BUYING a dog and spend money to train it other than my own time.

And what was you're point again??

This thread was going fairly well until you decided to come in and tell me you NEVER pay for dogs and you NEVER would spend a dime training you're dogs so apparently the way I do things bothers you, Good I'm glad, and you think anyone cares, all you do is look for a thread you can start trouble in..

I bought a dog and paid to have it trained.. You don't think I should have, who cares what you think..

Once in a while you post something worth reading but it isn't often...

Can you not see the posts you have posted just in this thread alone that you're posts not only have nothing to do with the thread and they have a trolling causing trouble nature to them?

Out of all the stupid people in this world, can you provide at least one documented incident where shooting a 5.56 caliber cartridge in a .223 bolt rifle "exploded" the rifle?

What exactly do you mean by "extra power" of the 5.56 round? Do you mean SAAMI pressures?

The reality is ANY gun shooting the proper round can still go boom in a bad way...

Key question is how many rounds of cheap mil surplus ammo can you shoot through a modern day bolt gun chambered in .223? The reality is you can still be hit by a car crossing the street even though it doesn't happen very often.
Wades indoor range in Bellevue had one in the wall in the restroom. I stated facts from the industry. But go ahead and tell people on the internet they can ignore the industry standard. And the manufacturer. You know more.

And .556 in not SAAMI it's NATO.

I'm surprised it went this long. :)

I know.. Unfortunately certain people around here just come in to argue with everyone, glad he was sleeping through the first 30 pages, at least I got the information I needed before he started his usual nonsense...

They can close this up if they want I already have what I needed..

We're probably over 20k in all my vet bills easily over the years. I know the feeling on spending money on pets. My only point is I wouldn't spend money for BUYING a dog and spend money to train it other than my own time.

You're on the same high horse that you always are. Although I've always taken exception to some of your comments, I used to respect you because of the way you care for strays. Yet it's gotten so that you have steer every discussion toward how wrong other people are because they don't agree with you, especially when it comes to dogs.
To each their own. However, not everybody keeps their dog just for something to sit around the house eating, barking, and crapping.

I asked you a question back in the early spring because I thought you knew something about dogs and you had to ask you're wife before you could answer my question so you're time training dogs is probably a waste of time, so basically you don't spend any money on the rescue and you're time training them is pretty much null, so you put nothing into the dog kinda like it's previous owner did and the reason why you have it to begin with...

If you knew the answer to my question back then you would have told me to train with a long line NOT a shock collar..

You slept through the first 30 pages, go back to sleep...:D

Yeh, this thread went south a bit, but back on point, dude if you're thinking AR consider putting one together yourself. It's not hard, and you'll end up with a really nice rifle. Get a 2-stage trigger, I dunno if PSA carries it, as I recall I got it somewhere else. Maybe Primary Arms. Anyways, it's a great trigger, way better than stock. If you're looking to shoot at some distance, get a free-float rail instead of the moe handguard. Using bipod or a rest, free-float will be more accurate. Also, get shorter magazines if you're going to be using a rest/bipod, 30 round mags get in the way. Finally, don't bother with stainless or chromed barrels, the regular chrome moly will outlive your average range rat.

Here's mine, ain't she sexy?!! You know you want one. :D
