I think I'm starting to get the point of this diet:
Eat protein.
Eliminate carbs.
I think this diet would work for me, but only because I would be starving. I would have no problem eating lots fo meat, but where would I get it?
I'm on the road by 5am and grab some food somewhere along the way. I don't think McDonalds or the gas station have zero-carb meal options.
Lunch time, same problem, I never know where I'll be or when I'm going to eat lunch. So, as I would not have much luck finding low-carb options, my caloric intake would drop dramatically. Hence, my original comment about starving.
Good news is, I only need to starve off about 20 lbs.
