You guys kill me , All you ever talk about is fit and finish on your favorite brand . But when a guy spends a small fortune on said brand and has issues with it . Then hes a whiner AND SHOULD BE HAPPY HIS TRACTOR RUNS AT ALL.
I've never whined about fit or finish. Not important to me. Functionality is.

I was thinking lambo as well. haha. anyone watch Clarkson's farm? also, a lot of people here see Kubota as the top end of this segment of machines, and there are a lot of dealers out there that have helped them earn that reputation. seems like this is not one of those.

a certain poster is a regular at this. most of us just ignore them.

to the OP, i can see different sides here, by the verbose story. talk to a different dealer, hopefully they can help. no matter how the customer acts, the dealer should be doing whatever they can to make it right. I cant see any way that chopping off a part is a correct way to fix anything this new. the paint all over is just sloppy. They obv. do not care about their customers. 52k is a lot of money, and the machine should be right, no matter what it is, tractor, truck, etc.

I never understand a service department like this, it's so much easier/less work just to be honest with people. I have worked in a field/customer facing roll in the oil industry, going out to the rigs and well sites for a while, and every time I have seen someone deviate from this, they get called out.

This post is interesting for a few reasons.

First, it does expose that there are reasons to take any post or comment on posts here with a grain of salt.

Not every post or comment is necessarily free and clear of motivation.

Second, these posts or responses to posts may be biased for whatever reason and those motivations for bias are as numerous grains of sand on your favorite beach.

There is no question that the genesis of my posts concerning this particular issue is to warn folks local and distant that even large, multi-location dealerships like this one can make poor choices in how they manage their business when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I’m also a bit upset with myself for falling hook, line, and sinker for a dealership that I had no problem with for 15 years only to be scammed by them in the end.

Maybe some of my frustration is me attempting to offload my bad choice onto the dealer, I don’t know, but I have motivation here too other than just for the good of “humanity” 🤭😮

I’m also a bit unfairly biased because not only do I really enjoy the tractor I decided on (L3560 Cab Kubota), but I have NO experience with other likely comparable brands or models, OR with other Dealerships.

So am I really educated enough to offer personal reflections on either Kubota equipment, or the Dealer?

Given that, yes even my posts need to be “translated” for anyone reading them, into a non biased format where the reader extracts the pertinent information from the biased stuff.

Thanks so much for your responses!!!

Coincidentally, Ferrari tractors are green like the Deere. I wonder how fast they are?
Lol😂🤣😂🤣😂

I knew there was a catch… would I need to remove the orange paint or will the green cover it nicely in several coats? 😁

not to derail too much, but the cobram 40 looks like it would be awesome for a small property owner. low CG, tones of traction with the 4 equal size wheels, manurable.

I thought I was doing that when I bought a Kubota Grand L3650 with a Cab. I guess that just goes to show you that we don't know everything.

ok then what should I have bought for my 2 acres?

I hope this works out to your satisfaction...

But man, all I can think is...
... A Grand L3650 with cab for 2 acres!

Leaves me speechless...
