I recently purchased my next door neighbors place and the home was in dire need of repair. I pretty much took a month off of work and am now finishing up the (details). I was shocked to see how fast everything was destroyed to find the bones of the house. Now the tedious task of rebuilding has been completed and it looks like a house yet again. My point is, the little details seem to soak up the most time.... waterheater; check, plumbing; check, switches/covers; check. I can see progress but it is not as grand as flooring or drywall, those small details that are taking soo much time doesn't give the same result. You are making great progress on your home!! It has taken shape in just 90 pages within this forum and with all you have done - it looks like a feat in itself!!
