Here is a few photos from the repair shop today. These are just of the push frame that needed more of dog leg added to it (less straight) so the blade could be lifted higher. I also modified the lifting sheave that mounts on the grill guard but i forgot to get any photos of that.
The 1st photo shows the frame and fish plate that reinforces it. So I cut off the plates and cut the tubing and bent it so as to give it more of an angle. The 4th photo shows the blades push plate end that developed a strange bend to it. Its 1/4 in thick and I have no idea why it would bend like this. The 5th one shows an extra 1/4 plate I added to keep that from bending up again. The last one is the after the new fish plates were added, then the frame was blasted and primed.
