I agree with the rest, welding to fix will be no big deal.
My Brother had a bad weld on his 3710 which he bought new about a year ago. The break occurred where the FEL bucket meets the right loader arm. If he had welded the break it would have been fine. As it turned out the dealer, the great fellas at Goss Tractor in Jasper GA, replaced the bucket under warranty. You should have no problems with the weld...it will probably be the strongest part of the bucket when they are done.
