How does this price sound?

B3000HSDCC, 300 Hours, FEL, Belly Mower, Front Snow Blower. Appears to be in pretty good condition.

$26,500.00

Gunna run about $1,000 to have it transported to my location.

Thank for the input.

Or I can get a brand new B2650 w/belly mower, FEL for $27,700 PLUS 6% Tax. ($29,362 total)

I don't know what a Kubota front snow blower for the B3000 costs when new, but I am guessing $5-6K.

Thanks.

The seller may also include a new Land Pride rear blade too.

I just have a gut feel the price is a little high, but I don't know.

I was thinking more like $24-25,000 is what I'd be willing to pay, especially since I still have to pay for transportation.

I bought my B3000 in Mar 2017 from a dealer. Tractor didn't need a thing. 260 hours and FEL for $14k. Shipping was $1300 to my place.

I think your price is high. You could buy a brand new blower, belly mower and rear blade and still pay less than asking price.

Hi War Eagle 2.

Thanks a lot for the info.

I too, thought it was on the high side for a 5 year old unit. Even though it only has 260 hours on it.

It looks really good as it has been garage kept.

They claim they paid $37K for it when they bought it. If so, sounds like he overpaid.

I don't know what a new Kubota Front snow blower costs, but guess about $5K.

Belly Mower about $3-4K, FEL about $4K, Rear Blade about $1K.

The cab was a $6-7K upgrade. Cab Radio about $400.

I am thinking of offering $24-25K.

Here's a general idea what front mounted snowblower might cost new.

B2782B
63" Two Stage Snowblower Manual Rotator and Deflector
Requires Quick Hitch and Mid PTO Driveline Kit
500 lbs
$3,114.00

2756
Hydraulic Chute Rotation for B2781B and B2782B
20 lbs
$787.00

Quick hitch and driveline add another $1800 or so to the total.

The asking price seems a bit high and I would guess wholesale or private party sell to be in the $20-$22K range.

Anything over $25K and I'd be looking at new.

Thanks moship.

The seller actually sent me a copy of the receipt for the front mount snowblower.

B2782B complete with all the mounting components, hydraulic chute etc and initial installation was $5,989.

Did the OP buy the tractor or still looking?

Hi moship.

I bought it, but still waiting for delivery. I went out of the country a few days after the purchase for two weeks and just got back this week.

Since it's Thanksgiving week, they have been unsuccessful finding anyone who is willing to travel/transport over the Holiday, so I probably won't see it until next week sometime.

I hope there is no delay beyond that, because the forecasters say things are looking good for a snow storm in the Mid-Atlantic around the 1st of December. (Who knows if that will really happen?)

But if it does happen, I hope I have the tractor with that front mounted snow blower so I'll be the envy of the neighborhood.

Congrats and I hope it is delivered soon.

Do mind saying what you paid for it? Can private message if you want.

Hi All.

I finally took delivery of the used B3000 HSDCC this past Tuesday. The driver had it loaded on an 18' open trailer being pulled by a pick up truck.

The rear blade and the snowblower sled were in the bed of the pick up truck. The snowblower was on the trailer with the tractor. The driver had no way to offload the blower or remove the rear blade and sled form the back of his truck. Thank goodness, I had my B2150 with a chain and bucket hooks to get that done.

I also had to drive the tractor off of his trailer.

I am kinda disappointed with the condition of the tractor as I was shown pictures prior to purchase that showed a pristine tractor that looked to be garage kept. I now know those pictures were of a brand new, just delivered tractor, from the dealer to the original owner. Not that the tractor is in horrible shape, but it's definitely NOT pristine and the paint is getting faded from the sun exposure. Some scratches and even a few small spots of rust where paint was scratched/chipped. (Gotta fix that ASAP).

I also quickly learned that there were several parts left behind at the original owners house that didn't make it to me that are now being shipped to me.

Overall, it has been a dismal delivery process.

The first thing I did was fill it up with fuel, as it only had 1/8 of a tank. Due to the location of the fuel fill, it was a real PIA !

I have been trying to read manuals when I have a spare moment. But I am anxious to use it whenever we get our first big snow. The snowstorm predicted for our area this weekend turned out to be a bust.

I'll give some more feedback on the tractor as I get to use it a little more.
