scraped ice build up ona driveway today with my new 3030 . It was level. I guess I don't have this issue..

Well I should be able to scrape the driveway now. I just got the tractor back from the shop and the FEL is now level. My hat's off to the guys in the garage for a job well done.

They replaced the loader frame a.k.a. "boom arms" on it. This took care of the problem I was having. They also tried new rear tires (matched set) and upright frame mounts before installing the boom arms but they didn't seem to change a thing with the crooked loader syndrome.

I just bought a used B3030 with cab and the loader is off.
Does the dealer and Kubota know exactly what the problem is and which part I will need to fix it , since it out of warranty I only want to buy the part that will fix it.
Or is every loader different , I followed all the threads but it doesn't seem like it's just one part. Or am i wrong Please if someone could tell me what it is going to take to fix this problem I would appreciate it very much.

How much is your loader off? Mine was off 3/4". My dealer tried the uprights different loader booms ect and the best he could get it was 1/2 or so. I just sloted the holes one the high side upright and now its perfect. I think they said there was 1/4" tolerence or something like that. I'm not saying how i fixed mine is the best fix for every loader it just worked for me.
In would say about an inch off.
So you removed your upright from the frame and slotted all the mounting holes on the upright and reinstalled. that did the trick?

I just used a die grinder to oblong the holes on the high side upright.It wasnt much just cleaned the hole up. I oblonged the 6 holes that are close and didnt touch the others. If you look at the holes they looked punched instead of drilled. I think if they would have drilled the holes they could have held a higher degree of accuracy. I think the hole's and other manufacturing jigs contribute to the uneven loader.

Long thread but it touched home.
My 724 on the 3240 was crooked. About 1 1/2" off
Dealer changed my rear tires. didn't help.
I told him I thought it was the bucket based on my personal measurements.
He put on a new bucket and it is now perfect.
Easier fix than you guys. I guess I was lucky.
