Well I got both loader mounts changed out on my B3030 today and it seems to have made a very big difference. They changed the left side first and it made no difference and right hand side seemed to make all the difference in the world. It still isn't "perfect" but it is darn close now and way better than it was before. We are talking less than a 1/4 of an inch difference now vs the 1-1/2inches it was in the beginning.
So if your loader is way off it looks as if replacing these may help your problem. I also notice that when I lift the loader now it doesn't seem as if the left side comes up first like it used to...they seem to come up equal now. I honestly feel if you weren't looking for it you wouldn't notice it now....thats how much better it is.
All I can say is I feel much better now and I feel like I can move forward and do some mods I want to do now.
I hope this helps anyone who is hoping to get thiers fixed and thanks to everyone for the help. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That is great news jilbota! I'm sure barnboy,kubota1 & a few others around here will be happy to hear the problem is hardware. Now you can go back to enjoying the 3030 for the fine machine that it is!

Seems like a number of owners have had this problem with the LA403 being crooked. Kubota must be aware of the problem by now and is hopefully doing something about it? I'm thinking about buying a B3030 with the FEL and it makes me wonder about their manufacturing quality control & inspection. Exactly what should I look for in a predelivery inspection before I accept? In my experience, it's easier to get something taken care of at the dealers before the purchase than trying to get it corrected later.

I'm still waiting for my dealer to talk to the rep. Dealer say' s he replaced my cradle. I dont remember that ( because I'm very picky) I would have noticed it. Any way I tried to tell the dealer it dont matter if he replaced it. It is Not welded straight. This may have pulled during the welding process or fixture problems. Their warehouse could have 50% good 50% bad. I want one measured before shipping. I'm almost tempted to cut the darn thing off and fix it myself. I'm getting really upset with Kubota. They have been aware of my problem for 9 months and I'm the one who's been doing the measuring and calling!Ive only seen the rep once and he's never contacted the dealer or me about the problem. I'm tempted to ask the dealer if he would trade it for a Grand L Except then you get into lead lag problems. If I had to do over I would buy Green but I really like my dealer.

Well like I said Barnboy even after they replaced my mounts on my B3030 it is still not exactly perfect but it sure is much better than it was. I tend to agree with you on the 50/50 thing.
It's extremely frustrating to say the least when you pay for one of these with a warranty in place and you feel like no one is really interested in helping you. It still bugs me a bit that its not perfect because I honestly believe it should be. I paid for Kubota quality and it really irks me that I have had to jump through alot of hoops and wait many many months just for a part that should have been readily available.
I haven't really had a chance to do much work with my 3030 since I got it back to see how much of a difference the fix has really made.
I really think this is a big problem that I hate to say Kubota may be ignoring because its not a safety issue. But I truly believe they have known about it for a long time. There are too many people on this board alone that have this problem with their B3030 and I also recall someone saying thier dealer had 4 or 5 on his lot with this same issue.
I think thats the most frustrating part is you know "someone" knows the problem exists but for some reason Kubota says ..."nope don't know anything about it". /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif Yeah ok tell me another one. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I have honestly thought about going "Green" myself lately. The Deere 3120 sure looks nice. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Let me know what happens with yours I am really curious to see if you get good results.

It appears to me that this is a fluke. I looked in the dealer support system and there is no mention about problems with loader mounts. Things show up here long before they get reconized as production issues. Anyone that you talk to is going to check this system and as they said there is nothing refering to this happening.

I am almost certian that once you go out and use the loader for awhile you will find that it will settle out. There is a surprising amount of adjustment that can be made just by working around the pivot pins.

I'm curious jbota, how much is your loader out now after replacing the supports? I've been following this thread closely as my FEL is uneven, it's out approximately 3/4". I'm debating whether to live with it, or pursue fixing it. I dread the thought of having to go through the hassle to find out it is only marginally better than where I'm at now.

Thanks for keeping up with this, so often you hear of peoples problems and never hear of the solution.

jlbota wrote "I paid for Kubota quality".
Too bad, Kubota quality isn't as good a Toyota quality.
It's clear that Kubota knows about this issue at some level, but hasn't been able to escalate it withn the internal quality system to a point where they will be helping the customer.
I want to let everyone who is dealing with Kubota on this problem; I appreciate your effort. In the long run it will help all of us.
