To be blaming the machine for the past operators abuse is just ....! Give your Kioti to the previous owner of the Kubota and then compare.
The 3030 is a 1800lb machine the was designed to do what a 1800lb machine will do. Getting stuck on wet grass is the fault of industrial tires that are frozen solid because the previous owner filled them with what ever, how is that Kubota's fault? Maybe you should take a breath, get real and re post.

Don't blame the tractor for the previous owner's lack of care and whatever else they lacked.

HMMMM Amish using a tractor? Sounds a bit fishy! Sounds like buyers remorse at best and a case of being mad at a dealer. Caveat emptor (or something like that) buyer beware

Oh, the endless joys of Kubota products.....I sure miss my Kioti, shoulda never sold it.

I have a B3030. The 4x4 doesn't work. When shifting, I can feel the gears shift in to each other. So I'm assuming the problem is after the transmission. Maybe a busted driveshaft, broken gear etc in the front end? I looked at an assembly diagram for the 4x4 system. It's over my head, lot of parts in there. Anyone know these tractors well enough to point me in the right direction?

This tractor has been a POS since day one. Bought it used from some Amish guy.....NEVER trust the Amish. To add insult to injury, guy I bought it from filled the rear tires with WATER. That's all well and good in warm climates. Tires are frozen solid, literally. The thing has zero traction. I got it stuck in the grass today. Yes, stuck in the grass, not snow, not mud, but grass. Anyone wanna buy a piece of crap Kubota? Some key features: Underpowered, crappy hydro trans, weak *** loader, crappy 4x4, hard to start, slow, pathetic 3 point lift ability. Comfy seat though.

Painting all of the Amish with that broad brush slur says a lot about the man behind your words. Too bad about your tractor. Really.

But it's pretty sad when I can literally get more done with a wheel barrow than I can with a 30 hp tractor

I know who will trade you a nice wheel barrow for that "piece of junk". It would make two people happy.

I kind of hate to get involved in this, but flaming an entire brand based on bad experiences from one machine is not what I expect from someone who claims to know a lot about machinery. I am certainly no expert, but we have owned several tractors, Case, John Deere and Massey Ferguson that were nothing but trouble, trucks/cars Chevrolet, Dodge, Nissan etc., but accepted them for what they were and still consider all brands when buying new.

Check around on some old threads and you will find, "I'll never buy another Kubota, Kioti, John Deere etc."

Recently we've bought mostly Kubotas, but I'm far from "brand loyal" or whatever it's called as we own several different makes of tractors and my brother just bought a Kioti I would pick over the equivalent Kubota based on features and price. I believe all the top makes offer good products, if you get one that doesn't work for you, as mentioned, your best bet will be too fix it or get rid of it and move on.

I believe the lift is around 870# and that doesn't include the weight of the bucket but check tractordata.com. Lift is around 2k on the 3 pt so you got hydraulic issues which could be the main culprit. I don't think a drain/refil is enough to get the wrong fluid completely out, think of all that bad fluid trapped in the pumps, cylinders, HST, etc. might try a flush. But still have to be open to the fact that perminant damage may have been done.
On the fwd. is the shaft spinning? Flip the bucket and lift the front tires off ground. Grab hold and spin, do u feel any resistance or grinding?

Haven't seen this mentioned, but did you get a gauge and test where the relief valve pressure is set? Sounds like after 1,600 hours, the relief valve may be spongy. Get some shims and shim it back up to spec or a little higher if needed. My BX can easily lift 400 lbs on the 3PH, so something is wrong with your hydraulic pressure if you're having issues lifting a 7' rear blade. Don't know what spec is for pressure on a B3030 but I'm sure someone here will know - maybe around 2,300 or 2,500 PSI.

Sorry to say, but I don't think this is a Kubota issue so much as you getting a lemon used-tractor. Don't know how long ago you bought it, but with all those issues, I'd go back to the dealer to see if he can help you out. I assume there was no warranty, but it sounds like they didn't check it out too well when they took it in on trade. Good luck.

Another thought (don't take this the wrong way) do you have the 4wd lever in the right position? Mine is down by my feet and that little icon that shows engagement isn't that easy to see the difference. I once thought i was putting it in 4wd just to find out that I looked at it wrong and was reversed.
Mine take a little work to guarantee positive engagement and have sometimes not had it "lock".
But check for shaft spin and spin those wheels by hand to confirm.
