B3200 questions...

I am a tractor newbie........I have a New B3200 (32hp - 23hp PTO) sitting in my driveway from the local dealer.....said I could try it out at home . It has a 60" FEL, HST, Bradco 3265 hoe w/ 4 point mount. I already tried it out at the dealer and now at home.....I am going to purchase it, I think it will do everything I need it to do.

I have a few questions about implements for it - Recommendations for Box Blade should I get a 5 or 6 footer for gravel road/landscaping? Any experience with front snow blade (hyd. adjustable) thinking 72" blade......good/bad? Rear blower 5 or 6 footer?

The 6 foot back blade will work just fine for the B3200, I know because I have one and it's the ticket for my B3200.I do not have a front snow plow because I use the 60" FEL and the back blade to clear snow, works great! I have had both rear and front mounted blowers and both work great, the main difference is the rear one causes you to always to back up and your neck will hurt after a while. I had a front mount on my BX23 and It would blow any amount of snow much futher then a rear blower, upstate N Y winters could throw large amounts of snow at me.Your tractor will handle a 6 or 7 footer rear blower very well, question for you is do you want to drive forward or reverse? How long is your driveway?

There is a ton of posts about box blade size..
I have an L3400 and I bought a 5 ft.. and it has stopped me dead a few times.
It all depends on soil conditions, how full the box is, the % grade your going up, how big of a bite your taking.

I think you will likely be fine...

I have a B7800 (direct ancestor of the B3200) with 22 PTO HP. With the HST, it has tons of power to handle a 6' rear blower. My only problem (and it is minor) is that the blower is so much wider than the tractor and my 54" FEL bucket that I have to be very careful not to sideswipe things when using the FEL when the blower is attached.

We have a B3030HSDC-cab tractor like your unit for the most part.Might I recommend a 65-66" box blade-I have a 60" and feel I could handle a larger one,but 72" might be on the high side-depends on your usage.We also have the 63" front snowblower-it's plenty wide when the big ones hit.You have HST so you can slow down when it gets deep and your 3 point can handle the weight of a rear 72" blower.Gravel driveway?The rear blower can be tilted back by shortening the top link to avoid sucking up dirt and gravel.Front blowers don't have this option,except JD I think.Good Luck.
