Thanks to everybody here at TBN. I am sending some picts of upgrades that have been done on my B7500. Without this forum none of these would have been done nor would I have known that they could be done.
First I changed the front headlights from the stock 1156's to a 55 watt halogen that uses the same socket. From Autozone (don't remember the number). /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
Next I added rear hydraulics to control the chute of the snowblower. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
Then rear lights to see by when snowblowing at night. Lights from Walmart (about $20.00) and switch from go2marine (about $8.00) The switch is waterproof and was eay to install. I installed it on the dash because I think to looks more "stock" there. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Then I changed from the standard turnbuckels to the link adjusters used on the B2910. Easy to do and MUCH easier to use. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
I am waiting for a new alternator to arrive to handle the lights. Until it does I will only use the front or rear one at a time. Turn one on, turn the other off.

Again, Thanks to everyone for their contributions to this forum. It really is a great resource for anuone who ownes a tractor.

Al, you did a nice job!
I did the adjuster mod and I am in the process of installing work lights. Both are ideas I got from other TBN members.

Where did you buy the weather proof switch?

Hi John

I bought the switch from go2marine.com

The part numbers are:
16189, Black Modular Bracket Rocker Switch-Single, Ancor

16194, Sealed Rocker Switch, Single Pole Single Throw, Ancor

They mailed the order right away and I had it in 2 days.
The switch does not mark the poles but I read here that the load (power from the tractor) goes to the center pole. If it is correct the diode will light up when the lights are on.
I wired it like that and it works fine.
