JC, you wont be disappointed I run a 1533 with the BH-80X and it has plenty of power. I usually run the tractor at 2200 rpm or so maximum and that is plenty for fast digging. I generally use a 16" bucket but recently have been using the 9" for some ditching. If I had to choose just one of the two I would definitely go with the 16".
I paid 6k for mine installed with the power beyond included. However, I bought the tractor at the sametime so that may have kept the price lower. I paid 19200 for the tractor with FEL, 2200 for a woods PRD84", 824 for a 72" woods box blade..... I was just looking at my receipt the other day.. and I know everyone loves pricing info.... this was back in March of 07 btw..
Good luck with the hoe... and putting it on and taking it off gets easier and easier each time you do it... so be patient with it at first. Also if you don't have a flexible line for your grease gun go ahead and pick one up because youll need it... the zerks are hidden all over the BH-80X.
Have fun!
