Does your BH use 3 hoses or 2? Either way the main hookup is the same, I'm working off my phone so editing pictures is a bit of a pain.

First you need to remove the metal power beyond line that comes off the loader valve and and provides fluid to the 3pt.

The red circle is the loader valve side banjo fitting.

The 3pt side of the line is circles in red in the following pic, note it'll be a gray steel line, not the flex line showed in the pic.

The replacment for the loader valve side fitting is a -6jic to #8 SAE 90* fitting,

The 3pt side will need a 3/8 BSPP to -6jic, either std length or extended will work, I used a std length but an extended would fit better but the right size isn't carried by any suppliers by me at the moment.

You will have to determine what length hose will work best bit I would recommend using flat face quick couplers for connecting to the BH.
Recommend 3/8 hoses with -6jic on one end and 3/8 nptm on the other.

You will connect the hose coming out of the loader valve to the IN or pressure side of the BH valve, the OUT/return or power beyond (depending on how your valve is configured) will go from the BH valve to the 3pt.

If you have a 3rd hose for a return to tank, that will "T" into the hose shown with the blue arrow in the first picture.
That can either be cut and have a 5/16 t connected to it or take the fitting out of the trans case and thread a fitting "T" with 2 barbs and a threaded fitting on the 3rd side, I don't have the thread size for the trans case, either method will work.

I'm in the same boat, will try to plumb my B2620 for used BH65. This thread has been extremely helpful. I'm newbie with hydraulics, so all the help is greatly anticipated. The link above for the 3pt side fitting doesn't work, it points to an empty shopping cart, can you please repost ? Also, where can I get suitable hoses, either online or locally, I'm in the Seattle area ? Thanks again for all of your help.

I couldn't link the exact fitting but this has the item number, it is located at Discounthydraulichose.com
Item#9002-06-06
9002-06-06 | 3/8" JIC Male x 3/8" BSPP Male
$4.23
$ 3.98

If you need a standard hose then surplus center has some decent prices, if you need different fitting or length then I use discounthydraulichose.com to make up the hoses, I like the tuf hose, durable and much more flexible then a lot of other hoses, just compare the bend radius. The surplus center hoses are not very flexible btw

Thank you TMGT. My hydraulics seems to be slightly different than what you showed in your pictures.

This picture is what I think is the PB port to the 3pt IMG_20170706_163921.jpg

This picture is what I think is the connection to the 3ptIMG_20170706_164000.jpg

Is this correct ? I understand the backhoe in will connect to the PB port, and the backhoe out will connect to the 3pt, and the existing metal line will be removed, correct so far ?

What is the tractor side connection, is that 3/8" JIC female on both points ?

The second picture, where the the power beyond from the loader valve goes to the 3pt, is of the hose after I had removed the factory steel line, I didn't have any pre pictures.
When I get home I'll try to remember to look at the old steel line and verify that it's the same but I doubt Kubota changed it.
The loader valve side connection is SAE-8, I used a SAE-8 to JIC-6 90* adaptor.
The banjo fittings are eliminated with the new adaptors.

Did you have a chance to look at the original steel line ? I'm pulling a trigger and will pick up the BH65 on Friday, so I need to now sort out the hydraulics. One more question: Which way does the BH65 have the Quick Disconnect (QD) connectors, is the male on the input (line from the loader PB) and female on the output (return to 3pt) or vice versa ? I saw that my local Tractor Supply carries QD adapters, will generic ones work ?

Here is a picture of the original Kubota steel line and banjo fittings I pulled out from my B2620:
IMG_20170713_104751.jpg

The input side (right side on the picture) has a larger, probably 1/2" fitting than the output side, which is 3/8".

Here is a picture of the input side on the tractor without the line:
IMG_20170713_104919.jpg

And here is the output side:
IMG_20170713_104950.jpg

So my plan is to add a new hose with QD male connector to the input side to connect to the BH65 input port, and another hose with QD female connector to the output side, to connect the output from the BH. When the BH is not in use, I just close the loop in the tractor.

Does this sound right ? It would be nice to get a confirmation, I'm picking up the BH65 tomorrow...

Line out of loader valve to BH pressure in, BH return (out) goes to the transmission /3pt (the smaller fitting).

Yes the lines will need to be connected together when the BH is off and make sure to leave the 3pt lever in the down position when the BH is attached.

What is that tractor loader side connection? 1/2" male fitting is too large for that.
