Hey maybe you could replace the fuse with a push button and another fuse. That way you can push the button take a reading and release before the fuse blows. :ROFLMAO:
It’s a real inconvenience!
I still have the analog tach, but that display is very helpful

I hate issues like you are having. Finding a problem like this is like when you are looking for something you lost, it’s the last place you look. I’ve fixed things and when it starts working I don’t even know exactly what I did to fix it.

I’m getting .58 volts from ECU to the GP relay right now. It’s 30 degrees. Problem is, I don’t know what voltage I should be getting from ECU?

The thing is, the ECU IS supplying some voltage albeit low voltage

It'll close to provide power or ground to the GPs.

.58V is just static voltage. I've saw that be as high as 4V.

I am extremely sorry to read about your problem with these modern day ECU, and electronic control sensors. I'm also very surprised that the Kubota dealer doesn't have a factory ECU tester/diagnosis equipment that can be plugged into either your tractor, or take the ECU to the dealer for testing. Its either doing its job or not. Kubota has really left their customers, as well as other manufactures leaving their customers in the lurch without proper support. $6K for a ECU unit, that may or may not fix your problem is the reason why I'm not interested in purchasing a newer tractor, and will just keep my older units. I did look at a Kubota MX5400 open station earlier this year for $38K, but backed away due to all the electronics, and emission Tier 4 which really has no long term warranty on it. That being said have you considered trying to find, or fit as an absolute last resort one of these propane marine engine block heaters. It would not be a job for the faint of heart, but you may be able to find a more accommodating unit depending where you maybe able to fit to your Kubota. You strike me as not being a quitter, or surrendering to Kubota's poor management practices.
