Bald Eagles nest monitoring needs Technical Support

Thanks MossRoad, I had seen those rules. That is why a separate pole or tower. The nearby trees limit visual access to the nest and so does the 106 ft up. I started with ground based camera then mounted on antenna tower and then bought what produced the above pictures and put on 40 ft pole. Still can't see into nest but not bad . Fed YouTube most of the last two months with live feed. Want to go higher if i can find practical solution. I'm protected by tall trees as far as disturbing the nest and 80 yards away. There are 4 houses closer to nest then my camera.
I may just build a pipe sample and use dead weight and evaluate before buying new camera.
