The 4WD guys use boat anchors.I used a am general 5 ton 6x6 as a water/support truck the last 11yrs. It's great, but still get weighted down and spin in soft stuff occasionally. I will never have anchor points when needed. Assume it's an open field with 0 trees.
A 15-20 lb Danforth or "Fluke" style that will hold a 40' boat is about $125 each but they are available up to around 75 lbs. You'd probably need at least two and maybe three. They are designed to hold in sand approximately 20 times their weight.
