Vintage reproductions of Miller logos are available from a large variety of eBay sellers.

Replacement parts and more recent OEM decals I purchase from Miller Welder - miller4less.com

I have also provided artwork for my local sign guy who can provide a digitally produced wrap but that gets rather expensive for one offs.

Of course if I get stuck I invoke my right to use artistic “literary licence”.

Seems you had better luck getting stickers for yours than I did getting real parts for our Syncrowave 250. Was surprised they don't offer some parts that are susceptible to aging. (Water cooled torch tank/pump etc.)

We shouldn’t be surprised at all. They want you to buy a new tank and pump for $1K and up.

I was looking for a cooler lately for my Lincoln Precision Tig. Haven’t been able to find a deal on a discontinued Bernard or similar....

Tanked Up

I chopped and cropped a galvanized steel IBC tote cage frame to make a forkliftable/ pallet jack moveable storage container for welding gas cylinders.

With absolutely no plan in mind, the entire project came together surprising quick and easy.

First hour:
Cutting down to size.

Excess floor pan cut with plasma cutter

Removed railing section narrowed six inches, sleeved and reweldedIMG_6882.jpg

Exposed “ends” of cut tubing measured...

and squished in press

Floor pan sprayed with bed liner.

Used a couple of over center strap clamps from a curtain side trailer..

to “buckle up for safety”

Done.

The cage is expandable to accommodate up to 9 welding gas bottles but could be modified to store 12.

Getting back to organizing small tools... hammers I like to just hang them in handy spots. That way, you’d have to be dumber than.... well a bag of hammers to not find one.

Reminds me of a song, If I had a hammer...I'd hammer in the morning.. I'd hammer in the evening...
