The only thing I can suggest is to extend your hydraulic rams as far as they'll go and then check the level of your transmission oil and make sure it is full so you're not cavitating the pump inadvertently when the rams are taking their maximum amount of oil. This also minimizes the open air space the discharge oil goes into and minimizes mixing of the air. I'd also make sure the reservoir can vent properly just as an added safeguard. I just now got a hydraulic plow installed and will be watching for this. It isn't ideal to share the transmission oil with the hydraulics but it also shouldn't cause this sort of problem either. You shouldn't be leaking air into the system on the hydraulic implement side since those are almost always under positive pressure in operation.
