I love the B21's tight turning radius, and my unit convinced me that
even small tractors benefit greatly with a 4-in-1 loader bucket.

Guys had mentioned that shifting gets easier with practice. Now I know what the normal force needed is to shift smoothly. So if I can't get it to go peacefully on the first try, double clutching works. Or finding another range first then retrying the one I originally wanted.
