I'll get some pics up soon folks, I are slow:D....I also splurged and got some fancy trygg smt style chains for the rears. Back when I was logging trygg chain is all we used on the skidders and got extraordinary wear and traction from them.

Congratulations on your new tractor!!! The chains look pretty good, hopefully they won’t mess with your fenders .

There is not much clearance for the chains. Had to use zip ties on the inside of the tire to fasten the extra link because the clevis provide was to big, and it was a dinky clevis...Around 5 mph, you start to hear chain clicking on parts.

Yeah, I get a clink from my chains every once in a while. I cannot seem to find it. I even jacked up the rear tires, had the wife in the cab and let the tires drive under power while I looked for it. Of course, I found nothing. No evidence of where they might be hitting, nothing.

(*I do not recommend jacking up your tractor and putting it to gear and looking around spinning tires with chains.)

That GPS looks awesome too! Great location!

Thank you avenger and cycledude! The only place I can see the chain touching something is on the cab support/mount according to the chipped paint and matching link....If I keep it 4mph, all is good. 5mph a click tick will start sounding

There is a flat metal plate that is under the rear of each fender that protects the lights (see picture). The forward end of it has a pretty narrow clearance (just an inch or so). That's what my chains "clink" on. It took me forever to figure it out last winter. I confirmed it, as there was a wear mark in the black paint where the chain would hit.

My clinking would come from extra links in the chain where they connect. I don't want to cut off the extra links because I put my chains on quite tight. I need the first link to first just get them connected. Then, after driving around and tightening up the tensioner chains, I can usually get one or two links tighter. The left over links are then what flap around.

I've found just loosely zip-tying the extra connecting link(s) that extend beyond the connection point to a neighboring link solves the problem.
