I was busy this summer so I am just now getting around to posting what I did. I needed a new/permanent spot for our pool. I was so tired of it in the front yard and having to pull it down every fall. So I started to dig... found some rocks... and built this....

Nice job. I've build many bolder/rock walls. To me they never mook good right when they are finished. Now get some plants into the rocks and grass around them and the whole wall will change again.

Looks good. I want to do something similar behind my barn but I need to get the boulders.

So I have the same pool . Why is it that now the pool can stay up all year ? I take mine down each fall but over the last few years I see more and more of that style left up with only 1-2 ' of ice in them.
