Moss, thanks for your input. It just came to me that a universal adapter that would fit between the PT and the attachment so that any attachment could be tilted. That way it would not hold up the building of the box scraper and if it did not work, no big deal. Just thinking out loud for now. I don't have a spare QA plate at this time for that purpose, so it might be awhile. With the equipment I have this could take a lot of time. It sounds like I need a milling machine to cut the slots. There might be other options, so if anyone has suggestions let me know. I could drill several holes and have stepped adjustments.

You could build it out of a truck wheel hub and rotate it with a hydraulic cylinder. Just keep the weight of it down so it does not take away too much from the lift capacity.

Good idea. What do you think of a bolt in the center with slot along part of the radius and other bolts in those. Loosen, adjust and tighten bolts. If you use about 1 inch bolts and had a total of three, I think that would do it.

I got home tonight and Clint had not built my garage yet. He did get a job today, so congradulate him. He no longer works for me, so he can start giving me a hard time.

Bob, Check out the attachment plate and beam on your brush hog. If you could attach the beam to your box blade and rig up some stops like you were talking about, it might work. Not sure what PT would charge for that plate and beam but I'm going to call them when I get a chance because I'm thinking of having one welded to the snow plow so I don't have to keep fiddeling with the tilt to keep the plow blade on the ground. It would float side to side.

Yes, I like that. Maybe I could use the one on the bushhog and then put an adapter on the bushhog. So I would already have the expensive parts from the bushhog.

I have the box scrapper operational and testrf it out today. It seems to work as good as the PT one and no welds or metal were damaged during use. I have attached a few pictures. I always wonder if it will be strong enough. Any comments on that would be appreciated. I have not put the two inch receiver on it yet. I am concerned it might interfere with the operation.

I still need to put the little scape blades and support bar on. Does anyone know where I can get these or a good way to make them

Very nice job. With the weight you have a perfect scrapper.

I picked it up today with the help of a neghbor and it feels like about 150 pounds. I don't have a way to weigh it.

I added a brace across the back. PT has one and even though it seems very strong without, I did not like having the side wings floating in the back. See the attached picture.

I painted the box scraper. I still need to add the scarcifiers. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting these. I have an old cultivator that I could take the blades off of. Would this work?

Edited: Added picture of cultivator at 4:01 PM EST
