Looks real nice. I'd be interested to know how much deflection there is when you have a fully loaded machine and trailer on the middle of it. Should be easy enough to measure.

I've been wandering the same thing, I may try it later today with the K and the fel loaded, that should give me an idea.

Ok, did the test...the first pic is of the bridge empty, made a mark and didn't move the stick. The second pic is with the bridge loaded (the K with the fel fully loaded and a box blade on the back), made the second mark and turned the stick around. The third pic is of the K loaded in the middle of the largest span. The deflection is 1/8 of an inch. That kinda surprised me, I didn't think there would be any. You can't feel any give when you drive on it, it feels solid as a rock. Thanks for suggesting the test. I'm not sure how much it should deflect, but I feel ok with it.

Very nice, "Bridgeman"! I like the look. Watch that poison ivy!:D

Jay

Funny you should mention that...me and the dog both got poison ivy. I've lived in the country all my life and i've never even heard of a dog getting poison ivy. She did!!! broke out all over, weirdest thing i've ever seen. She had little bumps all over her body that made her hair stick-up...it made her look like a cartoon dog that just got wupped-up on by Mighty Dog. We took her to the vet, and they confirmed it, gave her a shot and some pills, and pretty much told us its fairly common for dogs to get it. That was a first for me. Wish i'd taken pics of her...She was weird looking. It cleared-up the next day, she's fine. I sure learned something that day...lol.

Wow! I've never heard of them getting it either. We always assumed that we could get it from them if they rubbed up against it and got it on their hair. I mentioned it because I thought I saw it in the lower left corner of the 3rd pic. On the right looked like Virginia creeper...I think. Anyway, "leaves of three, leave it be"!:D
