Sorry to revive an old thread, but I had a local person contact me about adding hooks to their NH30 bucket, I used the angle iron/lintel method.
3.5" x 3" x 1/4" Lintel, 3.5" wide tacked in place:

Finish welded, added 3/8" hooks and painted:

I welded 5/16 plate to make the angle. Yes, It would have been easier to buy the angle but the fun is in the process and I saved a few pennies.
Welded two of Ken's products to the plate and then to the bucket. The plate and hooks are placed so as not to rub on the round bucket edge. The plates are 4"x5" except the top which is 5"x3" because I needed the round leading edge to weld on...
Pretty much as Ken suggested in an earlier post.

I don't see anything wrong with that. You could probably hang the tractor from them without incident.
