There is a little ice there, how come you aren’t ice fishing. You live quite a bit south and west of me but guessing by what the weather is here, it’s frozen over now.
Pretty close to 230-250 hours I believe not counting additional time putting tracks back on, cutting logs, multiple stuck situations, etc.
Not much for changes here other than the bitter cold. I did install a barrel feeder outside of our living room between the house and pond a few weeks ago. The deer have found it already and the turkeys have been using it the most. This morning we had two turkeys come right up to the living room door and was able to snap some pics before they saw me. Must have been curious what all of the song birds were eating outside the house. Here are a few pics.

Believe it or not, yesterday I counted 72 turkeys in my backyard (they come within 10' of the house).
I must be somewhat careful where I walk, to avoid stepping in the wrong place.
I have seen as many as 39 before, but nothing like 72.
I live only about 900' from a one thousand acre Audubon wildlife Sanctuary.
How about a snow photo of Lake Corona? It would really help us see all the contours of the hillsides.
hugs, Brandi
I guessing you have a heck of a telephoto lens.
Last year was our first Winter in our new house. Wildlife had trouble comprehending that we were living there. Had a Buck Deer scrape his antlers on the porch pillar. This Winter they have realized we might be dangerous. Everything is much more cautious about coming close. We still have plenty of visitors. Just not up on the porch.![]()
