No. It seems high to me. I can get a comparable Jinma 454 with loader for $12,000. Make a trip east and you can buy me a beer and get a tractor. For that money I would look at the Kioti or BobCat. They are the same thing.

I missed the price in your previous reply on the price of assemble Jinmas. What is your local dealers contact info? Are the Jinmas much improved from previous years? I know they had some problems. I really need to know kinda where the dealer costs are as far as invoice, because they basically give me no deal on the bobcat or others.These are the quotes I have recieved so far:

As for the Jinma quality it gets better everyday. I am not sure if its on par with Foton but I know the new models are nicer looking than my 2003 Jinma.

Well, It's been a grand 12 years of seat-time.

I'm currently waiting for a new gearbox/diff housing to be delivered, as while lifting a relatively light and normal load, the rear and front parts of the tractor decided it was time for a divorce.

I'll update with some photos once I start the rebuild- but holy cow - the quality of that casting was utterly shocking.

Very unfortunate, sorry about that. An upgrade some have done on jinma of that size, sure Foton s are the same is add reinforcing rods attached to the rear axle from the loader mounts to take the stress off that connection where the two halves are attached. My larger DF354 has them. There are a few stories out there of tractors breaking at that point. Good luck on the repair

How many of you have tied the bell housing loader bracket to the rear axle? The first year I had my Jinma I learned on CTOA that some were breaking the bells and breaking the tractor in half. Some speculated that it was abuse/backhoe etc. but I didn't take any chances and modded mine. Welded a...
