BX 22 Scale Model

I got a postcard from my dealer about a diecast scale model of the BX 22. I went down and ended up buying one for $ 39.95.

It is a nice metal mini BX 22. Steering works, all implements move and there is even a detailed engine under the opening hood. The seat flips up and rotates, but isn't as robust as the real one. Sorry but bars only.

Nice toy, even if it a bit on the pricey side. Dealer says it is a limited production and supplies are limited. get em while you can.

Maybe I just got lucky, but when the Commander and Chief and I signed the paper work for our (her) BX22, our dealer took one off the shelf and gave it to us. Most likely a good faith gesture since we ordered the tractor in July and didn't get it until October. They normally sell for $44.97.

On our pre Thanksgiving trip back to Texas this past week we were returning home through a little “hole in the road” town that had a rather large Kubota dealership, especially for that little place. I told my wife about asking Santa for a BX22 Model and that not all dealers have them and maybe this one did. So we pulled in. She went in and came back out and asks did I want the BX22 or the BX2200 Model. Didn't know there was a BX2200 version. I told her the BX22. Got a glimpse of it as she went by headed for the trunk with it. She told me they only charged her $35 instead of the $40 I had told her. The man in the dealership told her they had just gotten them in last week and they did have a few BX2200’s also.
She said it was real neat looking. Maybe I could get her the BX2200 for Christmas. Naw, I think not. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
