BX22 Broken Air Filter Bracket....

Heres a pic of the brkt on my BX23. I purchased it in DEC & I was told it was manuf sometime in Nov.

Thanks for the latest picture. That is like the one that I just installed and the one that also failed. I did look on the instruction sheet and it shows the bracket that is pictured by Jimbrown is the old design that is replaced by the one that I just installed.

Well I see the whole problem. You guys just do not have enough dirt on yours to keep it from breaking.

Oh....... that is dirt...... I thought that it was a Redneck tractor that had been painted a different color. If it has that much dust and dirt on the outside, I wonder what the inside of the air cleaner looks like.
