Correct. There is a threaded rod with a yoke on the other end (on each side of the tractor) that allows separate left/right height adjustment. This is a little short stubby thing maybe 2 or 3 inches long. Not the long rod that Chucky79 was talking about.It has been some time since I had a 2200, but I remember at the lift Pin spring on each side there is a threaded linkage to adjust the level of the mower. There is also a slot above the threads that allows some movement, you may have some obstruction whereby the deck is not leveling out. Hope this helps.
At 940 hours my 2001 barely lifts the left side at all...still mows fine and is level when it sets down on the cutting height adjustment...dealer said the lifting arm is "worn hard" but didn't replace it even though I requested the repair.....seems like it's not uncommon.....
