Well that was what I was going to suggest , but it seems that on this particular frame going to 60 will require changing the back half of the case and the voltage regulator as well as the parts mentioned above because they are physically larger not just higher capacity , which will be cost prohibitive.
As an alternative if you can find someone with the larger tractors you listed and they can give you the Denso # from the alternator tag you should be able to get one and avoid the Kubota parts and their markup. At 60 amps I would be really surprised if that alternator was more than $200 from a Denso distributor.
